I worked for a podiatrist for several years. Patients would come in with hurting feet and ankles, exclaiming, "When your feet hurt, you hurt all over!" I knew what they meant. Headaches were my nemesis.

In Part Two, we will explore the Service-to-Self section of the population. Keep in mind that folks you know, yourself included, have components of each of these two ways of being. To know which camp you are genuinely a part of is in your intent and the percentage of time you live in each state.
Regrets
She got out of her nearly paid off Mercedes as she closed the garage door, walked up the steps and opened the kitchen door. She placed her leather handbag on the table and sifted through the mail her husband had laid there when he came home for lunch. A blue envelope caught her eye and she noticed her company's name at the top.
