Humans are amazingly resilient. When we have access to full information, we figure things out pretty quickly. Some of this info is not readily available to those who are not looking deeper into the media story. Research is required to get a fuller picture of what we are all dealing with not just on a global level, but a personal one as well.

Good prior to stressful situations. Use this before you leave your home or before a gathering at your home... ...Everything vibrates at various levels of existence. Frequency is not just something we hear. We can also feel this energy if we are paying attention.

Grounding

So much of our lives are lived in our heads these days. We forget that we have a body that has feelings and needs. It is easy to have our minds far away as we are going about our day-to-day activities. We forget where we are or why we walked into a room. We miss-step or bump into things. Sometimes we even blurt out inappropriate words in response to what is happening. All these items can be a symptom of not being grounded. Our mind and body are not working together.

Regrets

She got out of her nearly paid off Mercedes as she closed the garage door, walked up the steps and opened the kitchen door. She placed her leather handbag on the table and sifted through the mail her husband had laid there when he came home for lunch. A blue envelope caught her eye and she noticed her company's name at the top.
