Grounding

So much of our lives are lived in our heads these days. We forget that we have a body that has feelings and needs. A boundary in relationships with people, jobs, pets, or other obligations is the limit of what you will accept from them. It is also the limit of what you will give to them. These limits can be flexible depending on circumstances- your and theirs.
